Cindy Lewis, a devoted spiritual practitioner, has served the University of Science and Philosophy for over 26 years.

Cindy Lewis has dedicated over 26 years of service to the University of Science and Philosophy. Beginning as temporary summer grounds staff, she soon advanced to Grounds and Maintenance Manager, and over the years supported many directors in a variety of roles. As a lifelong spiritual practitioner, Cindy finds deep fulfillment in this work. Beyond her role at USP, she cultivates a rich personal practice that includes meditation, hatha yoga, art, poetry, gardening, and swimming.

Her connection to the Russells dates back even before joining USP. In 1982, while traveling from Pennsylvania with her infant son, Cindy visited Swannanoa Palace on Easter Sunday and met Lao Russell. Lao’s gracious presence and blessing left a lasting impression, one that continues to inspire her devotion today.

She remains deeply committed to carrying forward the mission of USP and looks forward to supporting its continued growth under new leadership—sharing books and teachings that bring meaning and inspiration to countless lives.
