Kim Faith, Chief Experience Officer: Known as an engaging speaker, trainer, author, and coach, Kim brings experience that ranges from facilitation and leadership to communications and systems thinking. Her easygoing style and sense of humor has made her very relatable to global audiences large and small. She has had the privilege to influence over 50,000 leaders from 33 countries spanning 24 industries during her career; however, it is her volunteer role with USP over the past two that has brought her the greatest joy. From delivering the Russell Experience to building a virtual studio at the museum, she is excited to step of the “cosmic closet” per say to share the larger truths of light, love, and balance. Kim has published a book for women titled Your Lion Inside which was released in Korean last summer.

Jeremy Boyer, Operations Manager: has been a student of the Russell cosmogony for several years. He served in the US Air Force, Civil Engineering Squadron. In 2012, he earned a degree in Behavioral Science. His interest in electromagnetic frequencies brought him to the University of Science and Philosophy. He presented at the USP's 2016 Homecoming conference "A New Beginning."
Jeremy served on various committees for the University, namely the Alumni, Museum and Art, and is currently Chairman of the Science and Research Committee. He runs his own general contracting company and lives with his wife Adrianne and three children on Afton Mountain in VA.

Scot Vanderpool, Chief Science Officer: Scot Vanderpool has studied theoretical physics, as a hobby, for 16 years. His passion for the subject led him to study traditional science like Einstein's special and general theory of relativity and nontraditional science where he found Walter Russell. After reading many of Walter and Lao's published science books and some of the unpublished material from the USP archive, he started volunteering at the USP and was soon after offered the Chief Science Officer (CSO) position. Scot is actively working to spread the word about Russell's new concept of the universe and hopes to help develop applications of Russell's science. He is always open to discussing science and answering questions!

The Russell Museum, located in downtown Waynesboro, displays nearly all of the artwork of prominent artist Walter Russell. Russell was considered the 20th Century Leonardo Da Vinci. He was a Painter, Sculptor, Musician, Scientist and Philosopher. He authored several divinely inspired books, such as – The Message of the Divine Iliad, The Universal One, and The Secret of Light. Glen Clark wrote a biography about Russell’s life, titled “The Man Who Tapped the Secrets of the Universe”. Nikola Tesla, a good friend of Walter Russell, told him to lock his science up in a vault for a thousand years and until humanity would be ready for it.
Walter and his wife, Lao Russell, created The University of Science and Philosophy in 1948 to inspire the genius in all of mankind. The University continues to host annual Homecomings at the Russell Museum. Each Homecoming features different speakers from around the world who have each been inspired by Walter Russell.
